Welcome to DirectumX (we, us, our). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at directumx.pro and our services during the year 2025.

DirectumX offers director training & leadership coaching programs designed to enhance leadership capabilities and organizational performance.

2. Services

2.1 Director Training & Leadership Coaching Services

We provide personalized coaching sessions and group workshops tailored to executive leaders. Scheduling and program content vary by package.

2.2 Refund Policy for Services

Any request for a refund of service fees must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the scheduled start date. If you wish to postpone a session, please notify us at least 7 days before the original date to arrange a new schedule without additional charge. Once a session has commenced, fees are non-refundable due to resource planning and facilitator preparation.

3. Infoproducts

3.1 eCourses and Digital Materials

Purchases of digital courses and materials may be refunded if you submit a request within 14 days of purchase and have not accessed more than 20% of the content. After access beyond this threshold, the purchase is non-refundable. You may the product for another of equal or lesser value by contacting us.

3.2 Refund Process for Infoproducts

Approved refunds for digital products will be issued back to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.

4. Physical Goods

Items shipped to you under this Agreement are eligible for a refund if sent back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging. Shipping costs for sending back are your responsibility. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the sent item.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule any service, you must notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Late cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
